1. Applicability of Rules
The house rules apply to all guests of Tartu Downtown Hostel. Guests are required to follow these rules on the hostel premises and property.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon prior agreement with the hostel.
Room keys must be returned upon departure.
3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
In case of violation, the hostel reserves the right to call security or police.
Staff may also ask guests to leave the hostel and its premises without a refund.
4. Refusal of Accommodation
The hostel does not accommodate persons who:
• are heavily intoxicated by alcohol or drugs;
• behave in a way that may disturb other guests or staff;
• have previously damaged the hostel’s property or reputation;
• are wanted by the police;
• are minors without an accompanying adult.
5. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel.
A fine of €60 will be applied for violations.
6. Damage to Property
• Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to hostel property.
• Lost or broken items must be compensated according to the value of replacement.
